Learn to read, pronounce, and write the syllables of Classical Sanskrit. You will learn to read Sanskrit in the Indic script Devanāgarī, as well as in the transliteration system of IAST (International Alphabet for Sanskrit Transliteration). In this short course, you will learn how to:
Recognize and pronounce the Sanskrit alphasyllabary in transliteration and Devanāgarī
Read, write, and pronounce simple Sanskrit words
This course is a prerequisite for RYIF’s online ……………….. course.
Students study at their own pace, completing the course in as little as one week, but will have access to this course for four months from the date of registration.
